The Material
Galalith — from the Greek meaning “milk stone” — is a natural biopolymer derived from milk casein. Forgotten for decades in favor of synthetic plastics, Pineider has rediscovered and elevated it in all its uniqueness. Each slab reveals unrepeatable veins reminiscent of dawn itself: shades of white, gold, and amber that shift with the light.
Since 1774
Founded in Florence in 1774 as a luxury stationery house, Pineider evolved over the years into a discreet luxury brand encompassing paper, writing instruments, and leather goods.
