Using this site you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or any order you place on this website.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. Pineider reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order Pineider will send you an email to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Pineider. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Pineider will take place only when your order is dispatched.
Terms and Conditions of Pineider Gift card
Pineider Gift card are sold at the Pineder boutiques (excluding eshop www.pineider.com). Pineider boutiques where the Gift cards can be purchased and spent are:

The value of each Gift card is printed on the card and has a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift card allows you to pay for the purchases at the same Pineder boutique.
Gift cards can be used for one or more purchases until the credit is completely exhausted. Giftcards cannot be used to buy additional giftcards, cannot be converted in cash and do not entitle the bearer to cash the balance if not exhausted.
Gift cards cannot be recharged, even if the credit is not exhausted. The residual credit of the Gift card is printed on the receipt at the time of purchase or can be obtained by contacting the Pineider boutique.
One or more Gift cards can be used to pay for the same purchase, whether at full or discounted price.
If lost, stolen or damaged, the card cannot be blocked and Pineider bears no responsibility for its use misuse, loss, theft or damage.
If the code associated with the card is unreadable, damaged or lost, the Gift card will not be replaced or refunded.
Any complaint concerning the use of the Pineider Gift card may be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by registered letter with a return receipt addressed to Pineider 1774 Srl, Via del Roseto 54 – 50012 Bagno a Ripoli (FI).

The policy of Pineider is to ensure that all customers receive Pineider products in perfect condition. Should the product not match your requirements on arrival or should you change your mind, you can send the product back to Pineider.
The product may be returned only if:
- in its original condition as supplied to you (must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged);
- with proof of purchase;
- with all packaging intact (box, labels, codes…);
- within 10 days from the date of delivery.
After having sent a registered letter to Pineider to this address: PINEIDER 1774 S.r.l., Bagno a Ripoli (FI), Via Del Roseto 54, Italy, within 10 (ten) working days from the day of the product delivery, or after having sent a telegram or a fax letter to this number +39 055 696973 which have to be confirmed with a registered letter sent within the following 48 hours, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep the receipt of the registered letters until you have received credit for your return.
Please note: Only after the authorization by Pineider, the product can be returned. Pineider will refund you in full excluding the delivery charge. Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by Pineidersonly in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
The product must be returned to the address of point of shipment that can be found on the sheet of paper (Transport document) inside the delivered box. Now our point of shipment is in Bagno a Ripoli (FI), Via Del Roseto 54, Italy. On the return pack the customer should write their name and surname and "Recesso E-Shop". Returned goods must be sent in one single shipment. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to Pineider at the same time, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Pineider will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.
Once the return has been processed (after Pineider has verified and approved the above conditions) will send the customer an email notification. If the return is due to an error Pineider has made (faulty or damaged goods) Pineider will gladly refund the entire price for the purchased within 30 days from the day of the delivery of the registered letter. Shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. The refund will be credited back to the same credit card used for the original purchase. No interests will be charged on your account: the currency date will be the date you ordered on Pineider.
Return shipping risks are at customer's own responsibility. Should the returned products not comply with the above mentioned conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to Pineider; In this case the customer will be, nevertheless, entitled, at his/her own expense, to receive the products in the same conditions in which they were sent back to Pineider. Should the customer not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to Pineider, then, Pineider will be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.
The refund on credit card is the only way of refund.
Customized and personalized items WILL NOT be replaced.
Pineider has taken great care in presenting the products on the website as accurate as possible. However the actual colours the customers see depend on their own monitor, display and colour capabilities. As a consequence Pineider cannot guarantee that the colour the customers see are an accurate representation of the actual colours of the products. The products could change at any time, without any notification.

Items, its guarantees and repair policy differ in each market. The guarantees are valid only in the purchased country.
Products are delivered within 15 days of the purchase to the address indicated by the customer.
In case of extraordinary events (such as strikes, certain weather conditions…) deliveries could take a longer period of time.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery service and the country of delivery you select.
All orders are shipped from Italy. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. In any case PINEIDER 1774 S.r.l. is not responsible for those charges. Therefore all International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at time of delivery. Pineider has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination county and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted.
Orders shipped to countries inside the Russian Federation, according to regulations, can not be delivered to private addresses, but only to institutional, professional and business addresses.
Prices and payment methods
Pineider accepts payment by credit card and PayPal. Accepted cards are: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard Cartasì, American Express, Diner's, Postepay, Kalibra Transactions are made by Cim-Italia S.p.A. in Milano via G. Mengoni, 2. All orders are subject to written acceptance by Pineider. All details of customers credit card will be sent by encrypted protocol which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by PINEIDER 1774 S.r.l. which does not have access to customers' credit cards numbers.
The price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the purchased products are actually delivered.
Should Pineider decide to deliver the order only partially, the customer will be charged only for the effective sent products, plus shipping charges.
